Introduction

As a provider of Intranet and Extranet company services, BMP and collaboration, the company Isoclima S.p.A. is committed to the protection of personal data that have been entrusted to it. Therefore, their management and security will be managed with the utmost care, in accordance with the requirements of European Regulation 679/2016 on the protection of personal data (hereinafter "GDPR").
This policy specifies the purposes for which we collect your data, how they are managed, who they may be disclosed to and what your rights are.


What data do we collect?

People who visit the website can perform many activities without providing any personal information. However, when users register on the website to request information on services and products offered by Isoclima S.p.A. (hereinafter "Isoclima"), it must collect the following personal information from users:

  • Contact information like: full name, telephone number, city and email address.

Furthermore, we may collect:

  • Contact information of customers like: full name, customer number, company name/contract holder, telephone number, city and email address.
  • Information for the recruitment of job applicants like: full name, date of birth, telephone number, residence, domicile, email address, curriculum vitae.
  • Cookies and similar technologies to: measure and analyse the use and effectiveness of our services, customise and optimise the targeting of advertisements for our services on other websites and platforms, provide location services if you choose to share your location.

Why do we collect your data?

Isoclima will use your data exclusively for the following purposes:

  1. Management of the contractual relationship

    The data will be processed in relation to the contractual requirements and the consequent fulfilment of legal and fiscal obligations, as well as to allow an effective management of contractual, financial and commercial relations. The data will be processed for the entire duration of the contractual relationship and also subsequently, for the fulfilment of legal obligations and for administrative and commercial purposes.

  2. Marketing

    With your express consent, the data will be processed for marketing activities, market research, statistical analysis, newsletters, the sending of advertising/informative/promotional material both with automated contact methods (email, text message, etc.) and traditional methods (telephone, post, etc.).

  3. Profiling

    With your express consent, the data will be processed for profiling purposes, in particular for the creation of a commercial profile and/or to customise and optimise our services on the basis of your preferences, also through the cross-referencing of such personal data with other information collected through the profiling cookies you accept.

It follows that the provision of personal data is mandatory for the purposes set out in point 1. Purposes 2 and 3 do not derive from a legal obligation and therefore your consent is optional. Any partial or total failure to provide your data will result in the partial or total impossibility of achieving the aforementioned purposes. The entity and the adequacy of the data provided will be assessed from time to time in order to make decisions and to avoid the processing of data exceeding the purposes pursued. We will not use your personal data for any other purpose other than those described in this policy unless we inform you in advance and, where necessary, obtain your consent.

Legal basis for processing

The legal basis for the collection and use of your personal information as described above will depend on the specific context in which we collect it.
The main reason for which we collect and use your personal information is the management of the contract and the correct provision of services. However, we will also use your personal information when it is within our legitimate business interest. Data retention

Starting from their receipt/update, your personal data will be stored for a maximum period of 10 years (unless otherwise envisaged by law requiring longer periods), after which they will be deleted or rendered anonymous.

With whom do we share personal information?

We will not "disseminate" your personal information, by this term meaning to share the information with unspecified parties in any manner, even by making them available for consultation. On the other hand, we may "disclose" your data, by this term meaning to give the information to one or more specific parties under the following conditions:

  • To persons appointed within our Company to process data, and in particular to the sales, administrative and HR areas.
  • To parties who can access the data by virtue of legal provisions, regulations or European legislation, within the limits set by these regulations.
  • To parties who need access to data for purposes related to an existing relationship, within the limits strictly necessary to carry out the auxiliary tasks entrusted to them (for example, banks, shippers, etc.).
  • To our consultants, within the limits necessary to carry out their duties within our Company, subject to our letter of appointment which imposes on them the duty of confidentiality and security in the processing of data.
  • Other foreign parties (not belonging to the European Community) as auxiliary third parties to our contractors limited to the sole purpose of processing and elaborating administrative and accounting data.

What are your rights?

At any time, you will have the right to request:

  • Access to your personal data.
  • Details on their origin.
  • The logic, methods and purposes of their processing.
  • The updating, correction, completion, erasure, transformation into anonymous form, blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including those no longer necessary for the pursuit of the purposes for which they were collected.
  • The restriction or opposition to the processing of your data.
  • The right to their portability, i.e. to receive your data in a structured format that is commonly used and readable by automatic devices.
  • A complaint to the Supervisory Authority (Privacy Authority) regarding the collection and use of your personal information.

Isoclima has appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO) who can be contacted at the email address dpo@isoclima.com . It is also possible to contact the DPO by telephone or arrange an appointment at the headquarters, by contacting Isoclima S.p.A. at the address indicated, or at the telephone number +39 0429 632501.

The complete data of the DPO are transmitted to the Data Protection Authority, pursuant to Art. 37 of EU Regulation 679/2016 GDPR.
