Gender Equality

At Isoclima, we believe that excellence is measured not only through performance and innovation, but also through the values that guide our daily actions. Among these, gender equality represents a fundamental pillar.

Talking about gender equality means going beyond regulatory compliance: it means creating a workplace where rights, opportunities, and career growth are truly accessible to everyone, regardless of gender.

At Isoclima, we aim to establish ourselves as best-in-class in this area as well, by actively promoting equal opportunities, pay equity, inclusion, and work–life balance, in line with UNI/PdR 125:2022 guidelines.

Isoclima is undertaking the process to obtain UNI/PdR 125:2022 certification and, to implement a structured management system, has defined the following initial objectives:

  • analyze the current situation and collect both qualitative and quantitative data;
  • identify any critical issues or areas for improvement with respect to the six areas outlined by UNI/PdR (governance, career development, pay equity, parenthood, prevention of discrimination, corporate culture);
  • build a documented strategic plan, to be monitored over time with consistent and measurable KPIs.

This initiative is part of a broader journey aimed at:

  • enhancing talent at all levels of the organization;
  • ensuring an inclusive and respectful environment;
  • strengthening our reputation as a responsible and forward-looking industrial company.

Only through widespread listening and collective commitment can we build a workplace culture that is truly fair and sustainable, in line with national and international best practices.
