During the session of the Economic Council of the Croatian Chamber of Commerce in Požega, Lipik Glas, part of the Isoclima Group, was honored with the prestigious “Golden Kuna” plaque as the most successful large company in Požega-Slavonia County for its 2024 performance.
A recognition of tradition and innovation
Lipik Glas is one of the most important industrial players in the region. Its history dates back to the 19th century with Lipik’s glassmaking tradition, consolidated in 1963 with the founding of the Lipik Flat Glass Factory. Since 2001, the company has been part of the Italian Isoclima Group, an international leader in high-performance transparent solutions.
Following an intense restructuring and investment program, in 2003 the company launched the production of high-performance glass for the automotive industry, specializing in high performance cars. Over the years, Lipik Glas has expanded its portfolio to include glass for the railway sector, establishing itself as an international reference point in these segments.
Economic results and employment growth
In 2024 Lipik Glas employed around 250 people, recording revenues of €17.5 million and a net profit of €1.3 million. These figures confirm the company’s solidity, innovation capacity, and relevance in the global market.

The award was received by Director Dorijan Knapić, who, on behalf of the entire Group, stated:
